Anyone knows? hard reset, no factory reset or soft reset.

You could reinstall from the CD.

A hard reset is done by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole on the bottom.

I habe got tomtom Go 300.
the reset hole on the buttom is for soft reset only so far I know.

No, the reset hole on the bottom is for hardware resetting.
