Dot Installing Pois Mg 4328

Not very computer literate and want to install .ov2 POI file on MyGuide 4328. Company gone bust so no help website and not sure how to go about it

Well I tried searching for the manual online but found very little, (diplodocs.com) but given the quality of the documentation the company's demise is no surprise !

What I would suggest is to create a poi category on the satnav with a unique name that will be easy to find and then put a poi in it. then connect it to a PC or put it's card in a card reader and go look for that unique name .

Wherever it shows up is the place you need to copy your other poi's to. If it uses ov2's that is !

It might not use .ov2 files though....

So do as Jolly Roger suggests, find the file it creates and then tell us what format it is (the three letters after the name)

If Windows isn't set to show you those three letter 'extensions' on your system, just change the view settings as described in our "How to..." HERE (4th picture down).
