Hello

Just bought a Navman S70, and found the forum.

Originally went for a Garmin because I wanted a slimline satnav with a headphone socket so that I could use it on my motorbike in my jacket and plug into the headphones in my helmet and when in the and in the car.

I have a PDA Phone and tried the whole external GPS and software on the phone but it really has not proved to be a reliable solution so I've had to get a dedicated satnav.

The sound on the garmin was terrible, and when I turned it up it was just distortion so I changed it for the Navman S70, sound is much better and I prefer the screen.

I really liked the Igo software on my phone follwed by TomTom but as mentioned before just not reliable.
