Monday I called to say my 910 wasn't charging unless I force it down onto the dock and hold it as I drive (too many points on license to risk being seen doing this
Tuesday I got the cardboard box for returns and posted it, prepaid. Thursday I recieved the repaired item (same TomTom device, but with a different mainboard and possibly disk too). Only issue is that all my settings/favourites/pois and map had been lost, but hey, it worked and we all take backups, right? Happy customer. Still fuming about my crap TMC device though, don't worry it's not all good. |

Iv'e had the same 910 for ever, and the whole lot has fallen of the dashboard twice. I still can't get it to malfunction. I suppose when I get the new 720 that will go pants.
