The new S-series by Novogo was presented last week at Computex, the Taiwanese ICT fair that took place from June 6 until June 10 in the World Trade Centre in Taipei.

Little info
For now, not much information is known yet about the new Novogo S-series, but we expect more info to become available very soon.

What we do already know is that the new S-series will have a SiRF Star III chipset, a 3,5 inch TFT touch screen with a 320x240 resolution, 64 MB of RAM and a built-in microphone. No need to say that that last option will no doubt enable the Novogo's to be used as a hand-free phone kit via a Bluetooth connection with a mobile phone.

Other things that are sure is that the unit will be powered by a rechargeable and changeable Li-Ion battery, and that SD cards will be used. Optionally, traffic info through TMC will also be possible.

Details
There are no details known yet about prices and availability, but Taiwanese-based site Aving.net does show some nice detailed pics of the new units though.
